HEX didn't begin as an agency.
In the beginning it was just Seb and me — one who knew how to code, and one who knew how to draw. A request to redo a website sparked the idea that before building for anyone else, we needed a space of our own. So we rented a tiny room and started working. No big strategies, no five-year plans. Just a lot of work, curiosity, and the wish to do things well. Years passed, and that little room slowly became too small. We grew slowly and organically — not because we planned to, but because the right people showed up exactly when they needed to. Talented, dedicated, passionate people who brought new skills and good energy. People we could truly build with.

Over time, HEX became a team that puts heart into branding, logic into strategy, structure into software, and empathy into every meeting.
We work with local brands that grow and reinvent themselves, but also with large companies and public institutions where rigor matters just as much as ideas.
