Cristian is the newest member of the team—but you'd think he'd been here forever. He brings good energy, curiosity, and a surprising seriousness for someone just starting out. He is a master's student in Big Data, passionate about technology and the kind of person who can't pass by a new gadget without analyzing it. When it comes to coding, he is present, attentive, and meticulous: he asks questions, tests, checks, and comes back with solutions.
He integrated quickly, works with enthusiasm, and treats each task with the same combination of calm and responsibility. And, most importantly, he doesn't really use "no" — only "let's see how we can do it."
